As I post this message, it's already 2005 in Australia. These are my annual resolutions, 
entry, and my Best Wishes for your New Year:

Manifest your loyalty in word and deed. Keep a promise. Find the time. Forgo a grudge. Forgive an enemy. Listen. Apologize if you were wrong. Try to understand. Flout envy. Examine your demands on others. Think first of someone else. Appreciate. Be kind; be gentle. Laugh a little. Laugh a little more. Deserve confidence. Express your gratitude. Welcome a stranger. Gladden the heart of a child. Take pleasure in the beauty and wonder of the earth. Speak your love. Speak it again. Speak it still once again."

Really good post! I was a little disturbed by the phrase "Keep a promise" though. It saddens me that some people may have issues with keeping one single promise!
You're in my BI top 5... Most inspirational :)
