In addition to making snippets of books available online, Google Book Search intends to offer entire books in the form of eBooks, according to the Times Online article, Google plots e-books coup. Google's relationship with publishing is somewhat love/hate, as evidenced by recent lawsuits by organizations (Authors Guild and Association of American 
Publishers) accusing the search giant of copyright violations. On the other hand, publishers and authors will undoubtedly benefit from the sale of e-Books through Google Search and, probably, Google Checkout, another new service.
