Sadly, we missed the National Punctuation Day hoopla and partying last month. Our invitation must have been lost in the email. In atonement, let us present that website's advice about a particular punctuation:

The sign used in writing after an exclamation or interjections, expressing strong emotion or astonishment, or to indicate a command.
AVOID OVERUSE!

Oh, I KNOW I break this rule in blogging, but I try very, very hard not to break it in my other writing.
